TrueKindred provides AI-assisted mental health screening tools, therapeutic exercises, progress tracking, and related health and wellbeing content. The Service is intended to support but never replace professional medical or psychological care.

TrueKindred is not a medical service. Content, assessments, and recommendations provided are informational and educational only. They are not a diagnosis and do not constitute professional medical or psychological advice. 4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 outside the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Use the Service lawfully and not interfere with its operation.
  • Not attempt to access, modify, or extract data that does not belong to your account.
6. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by third-party providers. You are responsible for all charges under your account. Any crisis-response features are provided free of charge.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful content, to impersonate others, to transmit malware, or to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure.
